Simple terms for a simple product.

1. License

Your purchase gives one person a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Glass Terminal on up to three Macs they personally control. Commercial use for your own work is allowed.

2. Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the application or its download link. You may not use the product to create a competing redistributed copy.

3. Your tools and data

Glass Terminal runs commands and third-party CLIs you choose. You are responsible for those commands, accounts and tools. Glass Terminal does not grant licenses to Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, OpenCode or any other third-party software.

4. Updates and support

The founding purchase includes the purchased version and reasonable maintenance updates made available for it. It does not promise every future paid major version or perpetual compatibility with third-party tools.

5. Warranty and liability

The software is provided as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Contract documents

This license supplements the seller's terms and conditions. If mandatory law conflicts with this license, mandatory law prevails.
